Two years after upsetting St. Louis in their only Super bowl victory, the New England Patriots are strong favourites at 5/12 to beat the Carolina Panthers on Sunday. On a 14- game winning streak, they are facing a team who started the season as unconsidered 80/1 shots, but who have continually produced the shocks against better fancied teams. Carolina have consistently defied the handicap in recent weeks, but it remains to be seen if they can overcome a seven points Handicap this weekend.
